Job Requirements*

- Develop and maintain customer communication templates using Smart

Communications (SmartCOMM).
- Design dynamic, data-driven templates for documents such as statements,

letters, and notifications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform template testing, debugging, and optimization for performance and accuracy.
- Support integration of SmartCOMM with backend systems using basic Java knowledge.
- Assist in deployment and environment management using AWS services.
- Troubleshoot issues related to document generation and formatting.
- Ensure compliance with branding and regulatory standards in all communications.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practice implementation.
- 4+ years of handson experience with OpenText SmartCommunications / GMC

Inspire

- Solid experience in template design, rule configuration, and data mapping
- Proficiency in SmartCOM Designer, Content Author, and Control Center
- Working knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT
- Good understanding of document composition, formatting, and output management
- Experience in batch and ondemand document generation
