ShineWoods Interiors is looking for an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate interior project execution at various project sites.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of residential interior execution, site coordination, materials, measurements, and workforce management. The candidate should be capable of ensuring that projects are executed according to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor interior project execution from start to completion.
- Coordinate with the design team, clients, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved 2D drawings, 3D designs, measurements, and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
- Take and verify site measurements whenever required.
- Coordinate the delivery, movement, storage, and proper usage of materials at site.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the execution process.
- Ensure proper execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage units, false ceilings, electrical works, painting, flooring, and other interior works.
- Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors at the project site.
- Allocate daily work and monitor workforce productivity.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure that site execution is aligned with the design specifications and client requirements.
- Provide regular site progress updates to the management and design team.
- Coordinate with clients at site and handle basic site-related queries professionally.
- Ensure proper finishing, quality, cleanliness, and safety at the project site.
- Help ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, quality standards,



and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior site supervision or interior execution.
- Good practical knowledge of residential interior execution.
- Understanding of modular furniture, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and related interior works.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and interior design plans.
- Valuable knowledge of interior materials, hardware, fittings, and basic construction practices.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers, contractors, and multiple site activities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned projects.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.

Eligibility

- Male / Female candidates can apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant interior site experience are preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge of residential interior execution are encouraged to apply.
