Key Responsibilities:

- Manage residential interior projects from site handover to final client sign-off.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per project schedules.
- Maintain site discipline, safety standards, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other specialized vendors.
- Ensure work is executed strictly according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare/verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for materials and execution.
- Monitor material consumption, minimize wastage, and verify delivered materials.




- Conduct regular quality inspections and cross-check installations.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and coordinate with designers to resolve technical queries.

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior execution.
- Strong understanding of carpentry, modular furniture, custom furniture, false ceilings, civil work, painting, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed AutoCAD drawings.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation.
- Excellent site planning and execution skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Education:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related Technical Discipline.
