- Site Supervisor

Site Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day civil and interior work at the project site.

- Monitor site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved plans and specifications.

- Ensure projects are executed within assigned timelines and quality standards.

- Coordinate daily activities with contractors, technicians, vendors, and internal project teams.

Drawing &

- Execution

- Read and understand AutoCAD layouts, technical drawings, and interior plans.

- Ensure site work is executed according to approved AutoCAD drawings and specifications.

- Verify measurements and completed work before contractor billing.

- Coordinate basic electrical work and inspect installations when required.

Quality Control

- Monitor the quality of materials used at the site.

- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards.

- Identify construction or execution issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.

Contractor &

- Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and project teams.

- Monitor contractor work and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- Support material planning and track material consumption.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve site-related issues.

Reporting &

- Documentation

- Prepare daily site reports and work-progress updates.

- Maintain records of material consumption and site activities.

- Provide regular progress reports to the reporting manager.





- Maintain necessary project documentation and records.

Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure compliance with site safety guidelines.

- Monitor safe working practices at the project site.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and an organized working setting.

- Report safety concerns or site hazards to the concerned team.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of civil and interior execution work.

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and installations.

- Ability to read AutoCAD layouts and technical drawings.

- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Professional Skills

- Strong site-management skills.

- Good coordination and communication abilities.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Ability to monitor multiple site activities.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different teams.

Experience

Job Requirements

- Years of experience in site supervision.

- Experience in civil, interior, fit-out, or commercial office projects is preferred.

Work Flexibility

- Willingness to work flexible hours.

- Comfortable working in both day and night shifts according to project requirements.
