We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee day-to-day site operations for construction and interior projects.

? Job Role

Site Supervisor – Construction / Interior Projects

? Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per architectural drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor quality, workmanship, material usage, and site safety.
- Track project progress and prepare daily site updates.
- Plan and coordinate material requirements and deliveries.
- Identify site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper site discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards.

? Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.




- 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of construction, finishing, and interior works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural/construction drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
- Candidates with residential or commercial project experience will be preferred.
