We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee day-to-day site operations for construction and interior projects.

? Job Role

Site Supervisor – Construction / Interior Projects

? Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.

Ensure work is executed as per architectural drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.

Monitor quality, workmanship, material usage, and site safety.

Track project progress and prepare daily site updates.

Plan and coordinate material requirements and deliveries.

Identify site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain proper site discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards.

? Candidate Requirements

Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.





2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.

Positive knowledge of construction, finishing, and interior works.

Ability to read and understand architectural/construction drawings.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple site activities.

- Candidates with residential or commercial project experience will be preferred.
