About the RoleWe are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Ahmedabad team.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining highly available, scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure supporting digital products and platforms.

This role involves hands-on work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, monitoring, automation, incident management, CI/CD, and reliability engineering.

You will work closely with software engineering, DevOps, and product teams to improve system reliability, automate operational processes, troubleshoot complex production issues, and continuously improve our engineering standards.

What You'll Do

- Design, implement,



and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, performance, availability, and reliability.
- Build and improve observability across metrics, logs, and traces.
- Develop dashboards, alerts, SLIs/SLOs, and reliability standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable fixes.
- Automate deployments, operational processes, and repetitive tasks.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Support capacity planning, performance optimization, resilience, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to improve application reliability.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and technical standards.
- Identify reliability gaps and continuously improve tools, processes, and infrastructure.

What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, incident response, and observability.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins,



GitLab CI, or similar.
- Good understanding of Linux systems, networking, security, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- OpenTelemetry
- Thanos
- Loki / Promtail
- Tempo
- ELK/EFK
- Datadog / New Relic
- Good scripting/coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to debug complex production issues and drive issues through to resolution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Shift & Work Requirements? On-site role based in Ahmedabad

? Rotational / roster-based shifts

? Willingness to support production environments and participate in incident response/on-call activities when required.

? Ahmedabad-based candidates are preferred.
