We are seeking a highly experienced Site In‑Charge to oversee and manage all construction activities at our Chakan Residential Project. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven expertise in residential project execution, site supervision, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Lead day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and timelines. Supervise contractors, vendors, and site staff to maintain smooth workflow. Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective measures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies. Report regularly to management on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction projects. Solid leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including builders, contractors, and landowners. Hands‑on knowledge of site management, quality control, and resource planning.
