We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge / Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at our JNPT Port project in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in RCC works, Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution, along with the ability to manage labour teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of work.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute and monitor RCC works, Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering/Formwork, and Concrete works.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel for smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.

1. Labour & Contractor Management

- Supervise labour teams and allocate daily work activities.
- Coordinate with labour contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure adequate manpower availability.




- Maintain site discipline and ensure workers follow project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

1. Material & Documentation

- Monitor material consumption and ensure materials are available as required.
- Raise material requirements in advance to avoid delays in work.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and other site documentation.
- Assist with quantity measurements, billing support, and project reporting.
- Share regular progress updates and site photographs with the management/project team.
- Maintain proper records of site activities and work progress.

1. Quality & Safety

- Ensure all work is executed as per required quality standards and approved specifications.
- Follow and enforce site safety procedures and company safety protocols.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers and site personnel.
- Report unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and disciplined working environment at the site.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, RCC, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- RCC Works
- Reinforcement Steel (Sariya)
- Shuttering/Formwork
- Concrete Works
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to independently supervise site activities and manage labour teams.
- Willingness to work on-site at JNPT Port, Navi Mumbai.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:
- Industrial and infrastructure construction projects
- Port or JNPT-related projects
- RCC and structural construction
- Independent site execution
- Labour and contractor management
- Handling multiple construction activities simultaneously
- Experience working in large project/site environments
