Role Description The Site Engineer (Finishing) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing all finishing activities at the construction site, including supervision of interior and exterior works such as plastering, painting, flooring, ceiling, joinery, and other final installations. This position is responsible for coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that finishing works meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The Site

Engineer will prepare daily reports, assist in resolving site issues,



support the project manager in planning and scheduling, and participate in inspections and handover processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively on site, with robust understanding of site operations and on-site coordination.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality control practices and standards related to finishing works and overall construction activities.
- Background in structural engineering or civil engineering, with practical exposure to finishing and site supervision.
- Bachelor’s diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in finishing works on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Mumbai or similar urban environments.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
- Commitment to safety procedures, attention to detail, and ability to work under project timelines.
