Site Surveys & Design Approvals

- Capture and share accurate site measurements with the design team.
- Assist with final layout planning and client design walkthroughs to speed up approvals.

Project Installation

- Guide installers to ensure strict adherence to Freyr installation standards.
- Monitor in office execution to achieve zero-defect residential deliveries.

Quality Assessments

- Lead post-installation QA checks across regional rooftop and ground-mounted sites.
- Ensure all installations meet predefined engineering benchmarks.

Maintenance & Support

- Execute scheduled maintenance and handle ad-hoc service requests.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for permanent issue resolution.

Reporting

- Maintain records for site surveys, project milestones, and service logs.




- Send daily progress updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements

•Diploma/ITI / B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical)

•60% above in 10th and 12th grades

•Age 28 or below

•Candidate must have experience in the C&I; segment.

•Should have 1 year of experience in executing ground-mount or rooftop solar plants with a minimum capacity of 50 kW and above.

•Knowledge of National Electrical Code, National Occupational standards (NOS) and standard design/construction practices

•Willingness to travel extensively

•Good oral & written communication skills.
