About the Role

We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer to join our project team at Nainital Uttarakhand

.

The candidate will work closely with senior engineers, architects, contractors, and site teams to support the execution of residential construction projects. The role offers an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, material management, and construction coordination

.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements .

- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works .

- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, and suppliers .

- Assist in planning and allocating daily work to labour teams.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and assist with quantity calculations and material requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site records, measurements, and documentation .

- Assist with material planning, inventory, and consumption tracking .

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and senior engineers regarding site requirements.
- Identify and report site-level issues, discrepancies, and execution challenges .

- Ensure proper safety practices and site discipline .





- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to senior project members.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day construction and execution-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Basic to good understanding of civil construction methods and site execution .

- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works .

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and measurements .

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office .

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work and stay at the project site in Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand .
