: Project Manager – Interior Design Job Title: Project Manager Industry: Interior Design / Architecture / Construction Department: Site Renovation Experience: 3–7 years in interior design, fit-out, construction, or project management Employment Type: Full-time Location : Delhi and Haryana About the Role :We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to execution projects from project initiation through final handover. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, site execution, vendor coordination, project planning, budgeting, quality control, and client management.

The Project

Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved designs and quality standards .

Key Responsibilities :Plan, coordinate, execute the projects from start to completion. Develop project schedules, timelines, milestones, and execution plans. Coordinate with designers, architects, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, material selections, and project requirements. Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Manage contractors, subcontractors, carpenters, fabricators, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.

Track project costs, material requirements, procurement, and budgets. Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials to the project site. Identify project risks, delays, design issues, and site constraints and take corrective action.





Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates to management and clients. Ensure quality of workmanship, finishing, and installation meets company standards. Coordinate inspections, snagging, rectification, and final handover.

Maintain proper project documentation, including schedules, reports, approvals, drawings, and site records. Manage client expectations and maintain professional communication throughout the project. Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and company procedures.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks according to project deadlines.

Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3–7 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or project management. Strong understanding of interior execution, construction processes, materials, and finishing works. Good knowledge of project planning, costing, BOQs, procurement, and vendor management.

Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, MEP, and technical drawings. Robust leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other design/construction software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
