Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for overseeing civil works on project sites, including site inspections, supervision of construction activities, and coordination with contractors and internal project teams. The role involves reviewing and implementing civil engineering designs, monitoring quality and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to interpret, implement, and optimize project plans and technical drawings.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers with responsibility for on-site supervision, coordination, and quality control.
- Planning skills to support project scheduling, resource allocation, and site logistics.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management to design and oversee drainage systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local building regulations.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic design tools) and MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical professional practice.
