Role Overview

We are looking for junior Sinequa L1/L2 Support Engineers with basic hands-on knowledge of Sinequa platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and log analysis. The role is focused on first- and second-level support, with candidates expected to understand the basic functionality of Sinequa and identify where an issue may be occurring.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 production support for Sinequa applications and services.
- Experience or awareness of L1/L2 application support.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and identify the probable location of an issue.
- Good understanding of log monitoring and log analysis.
- Basic knowledge of application monitoring and health checks.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to follow troubleshooting procedures and escalate issues appropriately.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
