Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the home decor & furnishing showroom, ensuring effective floor management and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee store merchandising, including visual displays, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance throughout the showroom.
Job Requirements :
- 8-30 years of experience in retail operations or related field (home decor & furnishings).
- Strong knowledge of carpeting, curtains, flooring, furnishing fabrics such as linen and wallpaper.
- Proven track record in managing large retail spaces with multiple departments.
