Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Reel Maker & Content Editor who can independently develop content ideas, write scripts and captions, shoot videos, edit reels and prepare content for publishing across social-media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot and edit engaging reels for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Create content concepts based on products, festivals, trends and promotional campaigns.
- Write and edit scripts, captions, headlines, hooks, product descriptions and promotional messages.
- Proofread content for grammar, spelling, accuracy and brand tone.
- Convert raw information from management, store and production teams into explicit, engaging content.
- Shoot products, preparation processes, stores, employees, events and customer experiences.
- Edit videos with suitable music, transitions, subtitles, graphics, voice-overs and effects.
- Create Telugu and English content; translation and transliteration skills are preferred.
- Adapt trending audio and formats without compromising the brand’s image.
- Prepare thumbnails, posters and basic social-media creatives.
- Maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar.
- Coordinate with store, production and marketing teams to collect content.
- Organise raw footage, approved content and final edited files.
- Review analytics, including reach, views, watch time, engagement and conversions.
- Revise content based on management feedback and performance data.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio of reels and edited content.
- Ability to handle the complete process—from idea development to final edited output.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Telugu.
- Knowledge of food, retail, sweets or bakery content is preferred.
- Willingness to visit stores and production locations.
- Ability to work independently and meet short deadlines.

Success Criteria
- Produce approximately 20–30 high-quality reels per month.
- Prepare accurate scripts and captions for every published reel.
- Deliver at least 90% of content according to the approved calendar.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual quality and language accuracy.
- Keep major factual, spelling and grammatical errors close to zero.
- Improve average reel reach, watch time, saves and shares.
- Submit first drafts with minimum corrections and revisions.
- Generate fresh, usable content ideas every week.
