Redvisa shoots all of its video content in-house. What we need is the editor who turns raw talking-head footage into reels people finish — the captions, pacing, and rhythm that hold attention from the first second to the last.

About Redvisa

Redvisa is a Toronto-based, licensed Canadian immigration consulting firm (RCIC-led). Our audience discovers us through educational short-form content in Hinglish and English — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok — covering study permits, work permits, Express Entry, and PR pathways to Canada.

About the role

Twelve months from now, you'll have built and refined our editing system: a consistent visual style across 250+ published videos, a same-day turnaround pipeline from raw footage to final cut, and retention numbers that beat what our previous agency delivered.

What you'll do

- Edit 40+ short-form videos per month for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Own captions, pacing, cuts, b-roll, sound design, and on-screen text — accurate Hinglish captioning included
- Turn raw recordings into polished cuts on a same-day or next-day cycle
- Work from our editing SOP while improving it — you'll help define the Redvisa visual style
- Prepare platform-specific exports and thumbnails/cover frames




- Review retention analytics with the team and adjust editing patterns based on what holds viewers

What we're looking for

Required

- A portfolio of published short-form edits — this is the first thing we review, and applications without one won't be considered
- 1-2 years editing short-form or social video (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects)
- Ability to caption Hinglish content accurately and cleanly
- Familiarity with the immigration, study-abroad, or education niche — you already know what an IRCC update reel looks like
- Reliable, fast turnaround and transparent communication on deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience editing for a creator or personal brand with 100K+ followers
- Motion graphics skills (After Effects)
- Thumbnail/cover design ability
