Qualification: Diploma or B.E (Electrical/Electronics)

Experience: 5 years

Schedule: 6 days/week

Location: Hyderabad

Required Technical Skills:

HVAC systems, Diesel Generators (DG), Transformers, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), HT Panels, LT Panels, and Electrical Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all technical services remain operational during shift duty. Manage building's technical assets, engineering team, and support Property Manager with client coordination.

Core Deliverables:

Manage electromechanical/utility services including HVAC, DG sets, transformers, WTP, HT/LT panels, and electrical systems with technician team. Implement PPM schedules and conduct regular site inspections for risk/defect identification. Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed.

Documentation & Compliance:





Track assets under defect liability and AMC/CAMC. Maintain service level agreements, ensure timely renewals, invoice submissions, and payment follow-ups. Oversee vendor quotations, invoices, and cost sheet approvals.

Team & Vendor Management:

Hire, train, and develop shift engineers and maintenance staff. Conduct monthly vendor meetings and ensure corrective actions. Monitor SLA/KPI performance for JLL and outsourced agencies.

Operations:

Plan energy conservation initiatives. Prepare monthly readings with occupants. Maintain equipment history cards, check-sheets, and logbooks for all critical systems. Manage work permits and enforce secure working practices.
