Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, digital platforms, and lead-generation activities.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls and convert leads into successful business.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.

Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and business development targets.
