Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sewing Trainee to learn and perform basic garment sewing and production operations. The trainee will receive on-the-job training in operating industrial sewing machines, following production instructions, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn to operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic stitching and garment assembly operations as instructed.
- Follow sewing samples, specifications, and work instructions.
- Maintain required quality and stitching standards.
- Check garments for basic defects during production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Achieve daily production targets after training.
- Work closely with sewing operators, supervisors,



and quality teams.
- Report machine issues, material shortages, or quality problems to the supervisor.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge or interest in sewing and garment production.
- ITI / vocational training in tailoring or garment-related fields is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Willingness to learn and work in a production setting.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
