Aqua Pure Elite is looking for a Service Technician to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water purification systems. The technician will be responsible for providing timely and professional service to customers and ensuring proper functioning of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission water purification systems at customer locations.
- Attend customer service complaints and service requests on time.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in RO/water purification systems.
- Carry out repair, maintenance, replacement, and servicing of components.
- Check pumps, filters, membranes, electrical components, pipelines, and other equipment.
- Replace consumables and spare parts as required.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic service.
- Explain basic equipment operation and maintenance requirements to customers.
- Complete service/job cards for every customer visit with accurate details.
- Update service status, parts used, and customer feedback in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and Sales Team when required.
- Maintain service tools, spare parts, and company equipment properly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional behaviour during service visits.




- Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
- Achieve assigned daily service and installation targets.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in RO, water purifier, electrical, plumbing, or similar technical service work.
- Freshers with technical knowledge and willingness to learn can apply.
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive customer-handling and communication skills.
- Tamil communication is preferred; basic English knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
