Solutions Delivery-Canada is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.

Work you'll do

As a Service Now Developer on the Solutions Delivery-Canada team, you will be responsible for…

- Create, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations.
- Configure functional and scripted components including notifications, service level agreements, business rules, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and access controls.
- Design and implement ServiceNow customizations, workflows, integrations, data loads, and platform enhancements aligned with solution architecture and business requirements.
- Perform system, integration, and upgrade testing; document developments, unit test cases, and implementation plans.
- Support solutioning, estimation, proof of concept development, and transition activities while maintaining development standards and release management practices.

The team Solutions Delivery Canada develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like SalesForce, Microsoft technologies, SAP, Hadoop, ETL, BI, ServiceNow, PowerAutomate, OpenText. Solutions Delivery Canada has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. Solutions Delivery Canada comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required

- 1-2.6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization
- Bachelor's Degree




- ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and REST/SOAP web services
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, client-side and server-side scripting in ServiceNow
- Experience customizing ServiceNow user interface and Service Portal using UI pages, content management system (CMS), CSS, and widgets
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

Preferred:
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management / IT Business Management (SPM/ITBM) modules
- Experience with UI Builder and Workspace configuration in ServiceNow
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery methodologies
- Experience with integrations, migrations, and medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
