About the Role

We are looking for technically skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineers/Technicians to join our Service, Maintenance & Operations team.The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, servicing, and customer-site support for solid waste management machines, OWC machines, shredders, conveyors, composting systems, and other industrial equipment.

Candidates from any industry with relevant hands-on experience in industrial machinery, equipment operation, maintenance, service, installation, or commissioning can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operations

- Operate and monitor mechanical and electrical industrial machinery.
- Ensure smooth and safe operation of machines as per operating procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal conditions.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and operational checks.
- Support machine trials, testing, and performance verification.
- Follow proper machine start-up and shutdown procedures.

Mechanical Operations & Maintenance

- Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery.
- Work on gearboxes, bearings, shafts, couplings, chains, sprockets, belts, pumps, motors, and mechanical assemblies.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform bearing replacement, lubrication, alignment, leveling, and mechanical assembly.
- Support machine installation, dismantling, modification,



and commissioning.
- Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication will be an advantage.

Electrical Operations & Maintenance

- Operate and maintain control panels, motors, wiring, sensors, VFDs, circuits, and machine control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and wiring issues.
- Read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Carry out preventive electrical maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Support electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and machine trials.
- Follow electrical safety procedures during machine operation and maintenance.

Installation & Commissioning

- Install, assemble, test, and commission machines at plant and customer locations.
- Support mechanical and electrical installation activities.
- Conduct machine trials and performance testing.
- Assist with final handover and operator training.

Customer Service & Site Support

- Attend customer complaints, breakdown calls, and service requirements.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Train customer operators on safe machine operation and routine maintenance.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Travel PAN India for installation, service, maintenance, and commissioning activities.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection checklists, commissioning reports, and breakdown reports.
- Maintain machine history and records of recurring issues.




- Report spare-parts requirements and technical issues to the concerned team.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow company and customer-site safety procedures.
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of machinery.
- Use appropriate tools, PPE, lifting equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in:

- Mechanical/Electrical Operations

- Machine Maintenance

- Field Service
- Installation & Commissioning

- Industrial Equipment Maintenance

- Machine Operation
- Candidates from any industry can be considered if they have relevant hands-on technical experience.
- Willingness to travel PAN India is mandatory.

Candidate Profile We are looking for hands-on Mechanical/Electrical professionals who are technically solid and comfortable working with industrial machinery.

Candidates should have practical experience in machine operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, or field service and should be willing to travel across India for customer-site assignments.
