Handle customer technical queries and provide appropriate support. Handle data recovery jobs from start to completion. Analyze hard disks, SSDs, and other storage devices. Diagnose disk-related issues and identify recovery possibilities.

Perform logical and basic physical data recovery tasks. Monitor and update the progress of each recovery job. Maintain proper records of customer devices and recovery status. Communicate work progress and technical updates to customers.

Coordinate with the team for complex or advanced recovery cases.

Required

SkillsBasic knowledge of computers and storage devices. Understanding of HDD, SSD, partitions, file systems, and disk-related issues. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Positive communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to learn data recovery tools and techniques.

Experience with data recovery tools will be an advantage.

Experience 0–2 years / Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
