About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on SEO Content Manager who can write and publish blog content that directly grows the business — not just traffic numbers on a dashboard.

This is a doer role: you'll be writing and generating content daily across our portfolio of sites, with real ownership over how that content performs.

What You'll Do

- Write and generate blog content daily, from ideation to publish-ready drafts, across our portfolio of sites.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) to speed up research and drafting, while keeping a sharp editorial eye so content stays original, accurate, and human-feeling.
- Conduct keyword research and pick topics with robust commercial or organic upside.
- Optimize content for search intent and on-page SEO (headlines, structure, internal linking, CTAs).
- Track performance (rankings, traffic, engagement) and adjust your approach based on what's actually working.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO Manager on content priorities, performance, and strategy.
- Keep up with algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes (SGE, AI Overviews), and content trends.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years in SEO content writing or content marketing.
- A track record of content that performs — ranks, gets read, and moves people to act.
- Strong AI tool fluency, with the judgment to know when to lean on it and when to write it yourself.
- Excellent, adaptable writing skills.
- Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, search intent).
- Creative — can find fresh angles in crowded niches.
- Comfortable with daily output expectations and minimal hand-holding.
- Basic comfort with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush).

Nice to Have

- Experience with niche/affiliate or comparison-style sites.
- Familiarity with Notion or similar workflow tools.
- Experience repurposing blog content into other formats (social, ads, Reddit, etc.)
