Job Summary The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) L2 Resource is responsible for the administration, monitoring, support, and maintenance of OCI environments. The role involves handling day-to-day cloud operations, incident resolution, service requests, performance monitoring, security administration, and supporting cloud infrastructure components to ensure high availability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration Manage and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services. Provision, configure, and maintain OCI resources. Perform routine health checks and operational maintenance. Support multi-setting cloud infrastructure (Development, Test, UAT, Production). Monitor cloud resource utilization and recommend optimization opportunities. Compute &

- Storage Management Manage OCI Compute Instances and Instance Configurations. Create and maintain Block Volumes, Boot Volumes, and Object Storage. Perform storage expansion and capacity planning activities. Support backup and restoration activities.

Networking Administration Configure and support: Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs) Subnets Route Tables Security Lists Network Security Groups (NSGs) Internet Gateway NAT Gateway Service Gateway Load Balancers FastConnect and VPN Connectivity Troubleshoot network-related issues and connectivity failures.
