Senior Workday Finance Consultant

Tech Stack: Workday Financial Management, Financial Accounting, GL, Accounting Center, Financial Reporting, Budgets & Planning, Fiscal Calendars, Accounting Periods, Integrations, Business Processes.

Role: Workday Finance SME responsible for leading fiscal year conversion from August–July to January–December, including configuration, financial impact analysis, reporting, testing, UAT, stakeholder coordination, and post-go-live support.

Required: 8+ years of Workday Financial Management experience with proven fiscal year/calendar conversion experience. Solid Financial Accounting, GL, Accounting Center, Reporting, Period Close, and Year-End expertise. Experience assessing impacts on integrations, security, business processes, and historical data. Non-profit experience preferred; Workday Financials certification is a plus.

Work type: Remote support role

Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily

US shift (generally till 12:30 AM IST sometimes meeting can happen till 2:30 AM)
