Video Editing

- Video Production: Edit raw video footage into polished videos for social media, including promotional videos, stories, reels, and ads.
- Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
- Incorporate music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance video quality and audience engagement.
- Optimization: Optimize videos for various social media platforms, ensuring the correct aspect ratios, formats, and durations.
- Feedback Incorporation: Revise videos based on feedback from clients and team members to ensure high-quality outputs

Graphic Design

- Content Creation: Design visual assets for social media posts, including static images, carousel posts, and ad banners.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Creative Ideation:



Develop innovative and original design concepts to meet campaign goals and engage target audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team, content writers, and other designers to create cohesive and compelling visuals.
- Template Creation: Develop reusable templates for social media posts to streamline the content creation process.

General Responsibilities

- Work closely with the creative team and clients to understand their objectives and translate them into creative and effective visual content.
- Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Maintain brand consistency and follow brand guidelines for clients' campaigns.
- Communicate with clients to understand their visual and video needs, present ideas, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage and organize graphic and video assets, ensuring they are readily accessible for various marketing projects.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure content is current and creative.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of visual and video content on social media platforms and make data-driven improvements.
