About Polymarph Media Hub

Polymarph Media Hub is a creative media and production company working across films, web series, podcasts, corporate videos, events, advertisements and social media content.

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Video Editor who can handle projects from raw footage to final delivery and has a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit movies and web series with robust storytelling, pacing and continuity.
- Edit podcasts, interviews and talk shows.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos.
- Edit corporate videos, promotional videos and advertisements.
- Handle event photography/video editing, including conferences, weddings, corporate events and celebrations.
- Work with multi-camera footage, synchronize audio and create professional multicam edits.
- Create motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions and animated text.
- Perform color correction, basic color grading and audio enhancement.
- Select and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, B-roll and other visual elements.
- Create different video formats and aspect ratios for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Organize project files, footage, audio and graphics professionally.
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, producers and the creative team.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining professional quality.

Required Technical Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Mandatory
- Adobe After Effects – Mandatory/Preferred
- DaVinci Resolve – Advantage




- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator – Advantage
- Strong understanding of video codecs, resolutions, frame rates and export settings
- Knowledge of multicamera editing and audio synchronization
- Good understanding of color correction and sound mixing
- Knowledge of cinematic editing techniques and visual storytelling

Experience Preferred Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred:

- Creative and passionate about video editing
- Strong in storytelling and visual composition
- Able to work independently as well as with a production team
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
- Willing to learn new editing techniques and technologies
- Able to handle multiple projects when required

Portfolio Requirement Candidates must submit a CV along with their Video Editing Portfolio / Showreel.

Portfolio should preferably include examples of:

Movies / Web Series | Podcasts | Reels | Motion Graphics | Events | Corporate Videos | Advertisements

Salary

Salary: Competitive and based on experience, editing skills and portfolio( 250000-350000 /Year
