Role Description The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports Koladiya’s brand, product storytelling, and marketing initiatives. This role involves editing raw footage into polished videos, selecting music and sound effects, integrating graphics and motion elements, and ensuring consistent visual style across all projects.

The Senior Video

Editor will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate briefs into engaging video concepts for digital campaigns, product launches, internal communications, and brand content.



Daily tasks include managing video projects from pre-production planning through post-production, optimizing videos for various platforms, maintaining organized asset libraries, and meeting deadlines across multiple projects. The role may also guide junior editors or freelancers, contribute creative ideas, and help refine Koladiya’s visual communication standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning shoots, managing footage, and understanding camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, with expertise in industry-standard editing software and structuring narratives for marketing and brand communication.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment across all video content.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design and integrate titles, lower thirds, product highlights, and branded visual elements.
- Relevant qualifications include several years of professional video editing experience, preferably in marketing, consumer products, or FMCG; proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related software; strong storytelling ability; attention to detail; time management skills; and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
