About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX Writer to join the Adobe Design Content Strategy team and work closely with the Adobe Acrobat product team. This role will focus on creating transparent, intuitive, and engaging content across product experiences, including initiatives powered by generative AI.

You will help shape how users understand, navigate, and interact with Acrobat by creating meaningful product language and contributing to content strategy across the user journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and edit microcopy and interface content across Adobe Acrobat experiences.
- Develop and execute content strategies supporting product growth, acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention.
- Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, marketers, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Lead UX writing initiatives and influence content decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Create clear, consistent, accessible, and user-focused content across multiple product experiences.
- Contribute to growth initiatives, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve user engagement and product outcomes.
- Present content recommendations, communicate rationale, and build stakeholder alignment.
- Apply content strategy and systems thinking across a complex, interconnected product ecosystem.
- Champion inclusive, accessible, and user-centered content and design practices.
- Connect content and user experiences across multiple initiatives within the Acrobat/Document Cloud ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, UX Content Strategy, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, communication, storytelling, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Hands-on experience creating UX copy, microcopy, and product/interface content.
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategy within digital products.
- Experience working on product growth initiatives and experimentation/A-B testing.
- Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Research, and other business stakeholders.
- Ability to present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build alignment.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, inclusive content, and accessibility.
- Ability to think strategically while also delivering high-quality UX content in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience working on document management, productivity, or collaboration products.
- Experience with generative AI, AI-powered products, or conversational experiences.
- Knowledge of localization and internationalization.
- Experience working with large-scale or global digital products.
- Experience working on highly visible brands or established/legacy products.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, product analytics, or experimentation platforms.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
