Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant will work full time on-site in Kottakkal, Kerala - providing end-to-end travel consulting services to individual and group clients.

Responsibilities include understanding client preferences and budgets, designing customized itineraries, and managing travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and transportation. The role involves handling reservations, issuing travel documents, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely confirmations.

The Senior Travel

Consultant will deliver high-quality customer service, resolve issues or changes in bookings,



and provide professional advice on travel options, regulations, and promotions. The role also includes maintaining client records, working with internal systems, and supporting the team in achieving sales and service targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, including itinerary planning and package customization.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, covering flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and Transportation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle queries, and manage complaints professionally.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using travel booking systems, GDS platforms, and common office software.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead travel consultancy role, preferably within India markets, is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines are significant.
- A diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of regional and international travel regulations, visa processes, and destination options is advantageous.
