Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Khanhagad. This role involves designing customized itineraries, managing domestic and international travel arrangements, and handling reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.

The Senior Travel

Consultant will engage directly with clients to understand their travel needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure a seamless end-to-end travel experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing quotations, confirming bookings, resolving travel-related issues, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.



The role also includes maintaining accurate records, monitoring travel trends, and supporting junior team members with guidance and training where needed.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design and oversee comprehensive travel plans.
- Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tour services.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on transparent communication, empathy, and timely issue resolution.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Familiarity with GDS or online booking platforms and basic travel documentation requirements (visas, insurance, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Kasaragod, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred; additional certifications in travel or tourism are an advantage.
