Experience: 3–8 years
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with strong NON-IT recruitment experience to join our team.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end non-IT hiring across business, sales, marketing, HR, finance, operations, and other corporate functions.
- Source, screen, interview, and close strong candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles and build effective hiring strategies.
- Manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Track hiring metrics and continuously improve the recruitment process.
What we’re looking for
- 3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in NON-IT recruitment is a must.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete hiring cycle.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first approach.
