About the Role The Sr. Executive – Stores is responsible for the productive receipt, storage, preservation, inventory control, and issue of hardware materials required for manufacturing operations. The role ensures material availability, inventory accuracy, SAP transaction compliance, FIFO implementation, and adherence to company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements while minimizing inventory losses and supporting uninterrupted production.

Responsibilities

- Receive materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Verify quantity, quality, and documentation before GRN preparation.
- Coordinate with QA for inspection and material clearance.
- Ensure proper identification, labelling,



and storage of materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy of 99% or above.
- Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Daily MRP Run and update to Purchase Department.
- Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records of inward, outward, stock movement, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper stacking methods and material preservation.
- Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Finance, and Dispatch departments.
- Follow up with suppliers for shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
