Role Overview We are looking for a Product Integration Engineer I to join our Implementation team. In this role, you will enable smooth, scalable integrations of Phenom products into customer environments and act as a key technical partner throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

- Work closely with the Implementation team to understand client requirements and

design integration solutions
- - Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools to facilitate smooth integration of

our products with client systems
- - Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise during the

implementation process
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and

Engineering, to ensure seamless integration of new product features




- - Provide technical support to clients during the integration process and post-

implementation
- - Document integration processes and provide training to clients on how to use

our integration tools
- - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration to continuously

improve our processes and tools.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or

equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software integration, preferably in a customer-facing role
- - Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques

- - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java,

- - Need to have mongo DB knowledge.

- - Experience with integration tools such Apache Nifi,MuleSoft.

- - React Js, Java Script, HTML, CSS.

- - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
