About The Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Senior Social Media Executive who can manage social media while also creating content from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable writing, shooting and editing videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
- Plan and execute engaging Reels, Stories, posts and campaigns.
- Write captions, scripts, hooks and promotional content.
- Shoot high-quality photos and short-form videos at the Air Maniax venue.
- Edit Reels and videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, VN or similar.
- Create content around kids,



families, activities, birthdays, events, offers, trends and customer experiences.
- Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, memes and trending audio.
- Coordinate with the team for shoots, campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in social media/content creation.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing.
- Creative mindset with a solid understanding of trends and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage content from idea → shoot → edit → publish.
- Portfolio/showreel is required.
