Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless functioning of all physical infrastructure, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and delivering a premium experience to our members.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure construction work aligns with technical drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
- Oversee in office execution work, ensuring activities follow project schedules (WBS).
- Conduct quality checks, identify defects, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Track and manage material availability, raise requisitions, and prevent shortages or wastage.
- Ensure site safety regulations and engineering guidelines are strictly followed.




- Inform site-related technical issues to Senior and provide clearance as per issued details.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material usage records, and submit daily updates to the Project Manager.
- Work done validation

Collaboration and communication: Proactive monitoring and collaboration with team members and internal departments are necessary to guarantee seamless operations at the Centre.
