Role Description The Senior Security Officer is a full-time, on-site role based at the hotel premises in Tiruchirappalli. The role involves overseeing daily security operations, including monitoring access points, supervising security staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and security policies.

Responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, managing CCTV and alarm systems, responding to incidents and emergencies, and preparing clear incident reports.

The Senior Security

Officer will coordinate with hotel management and local authorities when needed, support training of security personnel, and promote a culture of safety and vigilance for guests and employees.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality,



commercial, or facility management environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and basic risk assessment practices.
- Ability to supervise, guide, and motivate security staff, with sound team coordination and leadership skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills, including report writing and interaction with guests, colleagues, and authorities.
- Good physical fitness and alertness, with the ability to perform regular patrols and respond quickly to incidents.
- Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and other security systems; basic computer literacy for logging and documentation.
- Proven record of integrity, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Prior experience in a Senior Security Officer or similar supervisory security role; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is an advantage.

- Relevant security or safety certifications, or training from recognized institutions or agencies, are preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
