Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr.

Scrum

Master to support U.S.-based business partners and collaborate with global technical teams to deliver enterprise technology initiatives successfully. This role combines agile facilitation, project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at driving clarity across distributed teams. This individual will help teams plan, execute, and improve delivery while maintaining strong communication across U.S. business stakeholders and global technical contributors.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove blockers and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
- Support team health, collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Track sprint progress and help ensure commitments are understood and met.

Project Management Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate,



and manage project workstreams from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action logs.
- Monitor risks, issues, decisions, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate across multiple teams, time zones, and functional groups.
- Support status reporting, executive updates, and governance meetings.
- Ensure project scope, schedule, and deliverables remain aligned to business priorities.

Business and Stakeholder Engagement

- Serve as a primary point of contact for U.S. business partners.
- Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans for global technical teams.
- Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, technical leads, and delivery teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and changes in a clear and timely manner.
- Support expectation management and help ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Global Team Coordination

- Work effectively with offshore and distributed technical teams across different time zones.
- Coordinate handoffs, dependencies, and delivery sequencing across regions.
- Promote shared understanding of priorities, requirements, and deadlines.
- Ensure communication is consistent and actionable across global teams.
- Help reduce friction caused by geographic, cultural, or scheduling differences.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management principles.
- Experience supporting U.S. business stakeholders in a technology or enterprise environment.
- Experience working with global or offshore technical teams.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Experience using project and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
- Proven ability to drive clarity, accountability, and delivery in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, or equivalent.
- Experience in enterprise software, digital products, or IT transformation programs.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and technical delivery processes.
- Experience supporting global delivery models and distributed agile teams.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Estimated Pay Range

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
