We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management, including implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of transportation planning, freight management, execution, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and other logistics modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead/participate in SAP TM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects .
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions.
- Configure Transportation Planning, Transportation Execution, Freight Management, and Charge Calculation .
- Configure transportation zones, lanes, freight orders, freight units, and transportation networks.
- Work on route determination, carrier selection, transportation planning, and optimization .
- Configure freight agreements, rate determination, charge calculation, and settlement .
- Support integration between SAP TM and SAP S/4HANA , including Sales, Procurement, Delivery, and Logistics processes.
- Work with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and FI/CO teams for end-to-end logistics integration.
- Support interfaces with carriers, third-party logistics providers, and external transportation systems.
- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and integration testing .




- Support data migration, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Analyze production issues and provide timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and process documentation.
- Conduct workshops and provide training and knowledge transfer to business users.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of SAP TM experience .
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management configuration .
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM .
- Strong understanding of Transportation Planning and Transportation Execution .
- Experience with Freight Order, Freight Unit, Freight Agreement, and Charge Calculation .
- Knowledge of Route Planning, Carrier Selection, and Transportation Optimization .
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, EWM, and FI/CO .
- Experience with SAP TM–S/4HANA integration .
- Good understanding of logistics and transportation business processes.
- Strong testing, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
