Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce integrations, Flows, and CI/CD and will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
- Configure Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
- Support Salesforce data migration, deployments, releases, and production issues.
- Write Apex test classes and ensure quality, performance, and code coverage.
- Conduct code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet Salesforce security, scalability, and platform architecture standards.

Required Skills




- 5–8 years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Apex & Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Asynchronous Apex
- Salesforce Flows
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security & Sharing Model, including CRUD/FLS, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Good knowledge of Governor Limits and Salesforce Platform Architecture.
- Experience with deployment and version control tools such as Git, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps Center.
- Experience with Apex testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid – 3 days per week from the client office.
- Remaining days can be worked remotely, subject to project requirements.
- Candidates should be comfortable participating in client-facing discussions and collaborating with distributed teams.
