Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce AI capabilities, and custom Salesforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and integrate AI features using Einstein Copilot, Einstein GPT, Prediction Builder, and Recommendation Builder.
- Apply prompt engineering to optimize AI outputs within Salesforce workflows.
- Integrate external AI/LLM services such as OpenAI and Anthropic through REST APIs.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events.
- Develop Apex triggers, batch jobs, queueable classes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical designs and data models.
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and Salesforce development standards.
- Support data migration, workplace management, and CI/CD using tools such as Copado, SFDX, and Git.
