We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales / Business Development professional to join our growing team.

Locations: Gurgaon | Noida | Kolkata

Experience: 8+ years

Education: Graduate / University Degree mandatory

Industry: Insurance Broking

What You'll Do

- Drive revenue growth through strategic corporate business development
- Acquire and grow high-value corporate & MNC client relationships
- Identify recent market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, insurers and TPAs
- Engage with senior stakeholders and represent Howden at key industry forums
- Collaborate across teams and regions to achieve business growth objectives

What We're Looking For

10–18 years of direct Corporate Sales experience in Insurance Broking

Strong track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation





Experience handling large corporate / MNC accounts

Strong market knowledge and corporate network

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Target-oriented, strategic and commercially driven mindset

Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
