About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented senior sales engineer to drive business development and sales growth.

The role will involve actively identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, visiting client sites, understanding customer requirements and converting opportunities into sales.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop business in B2B/industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references and direct customer engagement.
- Identify potential customers, industries and applications for our products.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer and prospect network.
- Conduct regular customer visits,



meetings and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements, applications and pain points.
- Present suitable products and solutions to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop proposals and coordinate with the technical/product team for quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate with customers and support the closure of sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, industry events and customer meetings.

Preferred Experience

Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Agricultural Machines, Grain Storage, Storage Silo, & Grain warehouses, and technical B2B industries.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
