About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join a project built on cloud-native, event-driven systems using REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous workflows. You'll take ownership of test strategy design, automated test suite development, and release readiness across a multi-tenant platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for cloud-native, event-driven software (REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous workflows)
- Develop end-to-end test plans for complex, multi-workstream releases
- Coordinate testing across engineering, product, operations, and third-party vendors
- Manage test execution, environments, dependencies, and release readiness across concurrent initiatives
- Build and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks for continuous quality validation
- Apply Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) to align testing with business and user requirements
- Validate multi-tenant platform behaviour, tenant isolation, and configuration-driven functionality
- Validate regional deployments — localisation and market-specific configurations
- Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality reviews to drive timely resolution
- Provide regular reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders
- Champion shift-left testing and quality engineering practices across the development lifecycle
- Mentor future QA analysts through peer reviews, coaching, and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

- Deep expertise validating complex backend infrastructure and business-critical transaction flows
- Mastery of automation frameworks and tooling,



including Jest and Postman/Newman, integrated within CI/CD environments like GitHub Actions
- Experience testing REST APIs and distributed applications with modern testing tools
- Strong understanding of ATDD and CI/CD principles, with a focus on automation and continuous quality
- Proven ability to develop test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics for complex software delivery
- Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills — able to manage multiple testing activities and competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to flag quality risks early
- Clear communicator, comfortable presenting testing outcomes and release readiness to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Genuine interest in mentoring and coaching less experienced colleagues

Nice to Have

- Experience validating asynchronous, event-driven architectures using cloud-native messaging services (EventBridge, AWS SQS/SNS, Redis-backed queuing)
- Experience testing multi-tenant SaaS platforms and configuration-driven applications
- Experience validating regional deployments and market-specific platform configurations
- Familiarity with secure coding standards and enterprise integration patterns from a QA perspective
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures, agile methodologies, and DevOps tooling
- Experience with performance, resilience, and security testing
- Experience working with distributed teams and third-party technology partners
