Stealth Startup is Looking for:**** We’re looking for a Senior Production Engineer to take a research-grade Python codebase from proof-of-concept to production deployment. You’ll work closely with the founder/CEO on systems-level engineering, including daemon architecture, telemetry pipelines, control loops, container packaging, and validation testing on cloud GPU infrastructure.

The role will also involve some customer-facing engineering interaction, particularly during deployments and technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Python systems programming experience, including daemon architecture and asynchronous programming
- Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Strong Linux systems administration and production deployment experience
- Hands-on experience with the NVIDIA stack, including:
- NVML at the programmatic API level
- CUDA
- GPU monitoring and management
- Experience with Docker and containerized production environments
- Kubernetes experience is a strong advantage
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills,



with the ability to interact with customers

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI/ML training infrastructure, particularly PyTorch, distributed training, and NCCL
- GPU systems programming or driver-level experience
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Customer-facing engineering or technical support experience
- Familiarity with Rust, especially in the context of systems programming or migrating production codebases
- AMD ROCm familiarity is a plus for a later phase
- Exposure to data center infrastructure, electronics, electrical systems, or GPU/server deployment will be highly valued
- Previous experience working with hyperscalers or large-scale infrastructure environments is a plus
