Senior Product Manager – Trading & FintechAbout the RoleAC Agarwal Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, development and continuous improvement across our trading, investing and financial services ecosystem.

This is a high-ownership role for a Product Manager who understands the capital markets, stock broking and digital trading ecosystem and can work closely with both business and technology teams to convert business and customer needs into scalable products.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning products end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and defining requirements to development, launch, analytics and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap for trading and fintech products.
- Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering and BRD preparation to development, UAT, launch and post-launch enhancement.
- Manage products/platforms related to Trading, OMS, RMS, Back Office, Mutual Funds and APIs.
- Conduct customer, market and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
- Work closely with Technology, UI/UX, QA, Operations, Compliance and Business teams.
- Convert business requirements and user problems into clear product requirements, user stories and actionable roadmaps.
- Prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, regulatory requirements and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance, user behaviour, analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive product initiatives from concept to execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure products and processes are aligned with applicable SEBI, NSE, BSE and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and business growth.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external technology/product vendors wherever required.

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of overall experience in Product Management, preferably within Stock Broking, Fintech, Capital Markets or BFSI.
- Strong understanding of stock markets, trading, demat, broking operations and digital investment platforms.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Trading Platforms
- OMS (Order Management System)
- RMS (Risk Management System)
- Back Office Systems
- Mutual Fund Platforms
- Trading / Investment APIs
- Proven experience in defining product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
- Strong experience in BRD/PRD preparation, user stories, product specifications and product lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum / Jira.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of product decisions.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Business and Technology teams.

Good to Have
- BE / B.Tech / MBA / Finance / Business-related qualification.
- NISM certification.
- Experience with APIs and digital investment platforms.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to the Indian capital markets.
- Experience in building or scaling products from 0 → 1.
