Technology is built deeply into the business. A significant part of the organisation's digital ecosystem is developed in-house—from its consumer website and online shopping journeys to technology used by stores, internal teams and business operations.

With a rapidly evolving omnichannel footprint and new digital products being built continuously, Product Design plays a central role in shaping both customer and internal user experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can independently own complex product problems from discovery through implementation.

Depending on the product you work on, you could be designing experiences for:

- Consumers discovering and purchasing products
- Store teams assisting customers
- Internal teams managing different parts of the business
- Recent digital products and platforms being developed within the organisation

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers and will be expected to actively influence product decisions rather than simply execute requirements.

What You'll Do

- Own product-design problems end-to-end—from understanding the problem through user flows, prototypes, final UI and implementation
- Partner with Product Managers to structure and simplify complex user and business problems
- Build and test prototypes in Figma
- Use user research, product data and feedback to guide design decisions
- Design within and contribute to an evolving design system




- Work closely with Engineering to ensure that designs translate effectively into shipped products
- Think through complete journeys, edge cases, different states and dependencies—not simply individual screens
- Review experiences after launch and iterate based on user behaviour and product outcomes
- Present your work, explain and defend design decisions, and actively participate in design critiques
- Guide junior designers when required while continuing to remain deeply hands-on

What We're Looking ForPortfolio First Your portfolio is one of the most important parts of your application.

We want to understand the problem you were solving, your process, alternatives and trade-offs you considered, why you made particular decisions, and—where possible—what happened after the product was launched.

Beautiful screens alone aren't enough.

Experience & Capabilities

- 3–5 years of hands-on Product Design experience
- Experience with a strong product-led organisation, particularly consumer-tech, fintech, e-commerce, mobility, SaaS or similar environments, would be highly valued
- Solid product thinking and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping and reusable design patterns
- Solid visual craft across typography, spacing, grids, colour, hierarchy and interaction states
- Excellent UX fundamentals—user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability, accessibility and edge-case thinking




- Strong systems thinking and ability to understand how one design decision can affect multiple journeys and user states
- Understanding of how design decisions influence product metrics, user behaviour and business outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across Product, Engineering and Business teams
- A B.Des, M.Des, B.Tech or related degree from a strong design or engineering institution would be an advantage

Nice to Have
- Experience designing consumer, B2B, SaaS, commerce or internal products
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Hands-on exposure to usability testing and user interviews
- Motion design or micro-interaction work
- Experience designing across web, mobile and tablet
